Terms & Conditions
Agreement
These terms are between you and BibloKids. By using the app, a parent or caregiver agrees to them for themselves and for the child who plays.
If you do not agree, do not use BibloKids. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
Who may use BibloKids
BibloKids is made for children and is meant to be used with a grown-up nearby. You are responsible for the child profile you create and for supervising play.
The grown-up check asks for a birth year before opening parent settings. That year is not saved.
What the app provides
BibloKids offers Bible games, puzzles, and short prayers that run on this device. No account is required. Progress and play time stay on the device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Features can change from one version to the next. Some Grown-Up Zone controls, including Subscription, Help Center, and Log Out, do not complete an action yet.
Price
BibloKids does not currently charge a fee or sell a subscription inside the app. The Go Premium and Subscription controls do not take payment.
If a paid feature is added later, these terms will be updated before that feature is offered.
The profile you enter
You choose the child’s name, age, and avatar. Please enter only what you are comfortable keeping on this device. You can change those details in the Grown-Up Zone.
The saved age is used only on this device to make two games gentler for younger children. Under 4, Fruit Popper does not show Hard, and Flappy Dove moves more slowly, with a smaller speed increase and a lower speed limit. From age 4, those games use their usual settings. If you have not entered an age, the usual settings are used.
Bible stories and prayers
Verses, prayers, characters, and games are simplified for children. They are for play and learning at home. They are not a full Bible, a church, or a substitute for a parent, pastor, or teacher.
Parents decide how this app fits their family’s faith.
Our content
The app, artwork, sounds, games, and text are owned by BibloKids or its licensors. You may use them inside the app for personal family play.
- Do not copy, sell, or reuse the artwork, sounds, or text outside the app, except where the law allows.
- Do not try to break, reverse engineer, or resell the app.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what BibloKids stores on this device. That policy is part of these terms.
The app is provided as it is
BibloKids is provided as available. There is no promise that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to a particular purpose.
Scores, progress, and play time can be lost if the app is deleted or the device is reset. There is no online copy of that information.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, BibloKids is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the app, or from being unable to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights that protect consumers and children.
Stopping use
You may stop using BibloKids at any time by deleting the app. Deleting it removes the local profile, progress, play time, and sound setting from this device.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the bottom of this page will change with them. The new wording ships inside an update to the app. Continuing to use that version means you accept the terms included in it.
